For 15 years, Melvin Seals played keys in the Jerry Garcia Band. He started in 1980 and remained a member until Garcia's death in 1995. But, through Seals, that musical legacy carried on. Almost immediately, he picked up the torch and started JGB. And for nearly 25 years, Seals, with a rotating cast of musicians, continues to play the old Jerry Band songs. On this tour, he was joined by John Kadlecik on lead guitar and vocals, and Jennifer Hartswick on trumpet and vocals. Powerhouse musicians for a powerhouse song catalogue.
